What These Services Involve
PU Injection
Polyurethane resin is injected directly into cracks or construction joints to seal active water leaks, commonly used on basement and lift pit structures where water is actively seeping through.
Torch-On Membrane
A bitumen membrane is heat-applied with a torch to form a fully bonded waterproofing layer, typically used on roofs and flat concrete slabs.
Liquid Waterproofing
A liquid-applied membrane is coated directly onto the surface, forming a seamless waterproof layer without joints or seams — suited to irregular surfaces and detailing around pipes or drains.
Wall Crack Repair
